We had a very comfortable stay for our family vacation. the apartment was huge and fairly quiet. - A bathtub was provided upon request. - All the staff was courteous and tackled our issues.

The facilities here are excellent and the hotel is very clean, with a fantastic location close to 3 MRT stations, and the restaurant offers delicious local dishes.

Pretty standard and great place with a marvellous view. Very efficient, especially helpful stuff with smiling face. 16 miles from Changi airport. Real good experience there.

This hotel met the purpose in every way, would definitely recommend. The venue was pretty standard and absolutely great, I appreciated the stay and the location was excellent close enough to restaurant / supermarket / pharmacy are nearby, Food Court and Singapore with worth for money.

Overall it was a comfortable stay on business trip. The location of the hotel was magnificent, close to shopping area. In Kin Tub Thai Steamboat you could have Halal meals...

Great location with a bus stop nearby, making it very convenient to get around.

Location is good as it is just slightly off city so you dont pay exobitant prices. Rooms are adequate and value for money.

The view is rather horrible but as it wasnt that expensive, its ok I guess. The worst worst thing is that Citadines has no guest parking. The carpark which is linked to the shopping mall next to it charges really exorbitantly, the most most expensive parking at $1.20 per half an hour during peak hours and the worst part is the top-up machine was down so I had to walk 10 mins across the street in the rain just to get to the atm to top-up my card.

Had a really comfy 4-night stay here. It’s a new spot located in a chill neighborhood, quite close to the office area, tons of restaurants, and a grocery store. 🏨

Absolutely No service for the three day stay being it was Chinese New Years but still paid 7% service charge for no service, no change of towels, no room make up. The faucet in my room 1211 tricked out water. I did not like the bed, very hard mattress,

The overall experience was fantastic with beautiful views of the skyline and a convenient location close to Sri Krishnan Temple within walking distance.

We were provided with a trendy room including a bathtub, complimentary bottled water, and a comfortable double bed, along with great amenities, and the staff were hardworking.

Conveniently located just a stone's throw away from Kwan im Thong Hood Cho Temple 🏯, the proximity to this iconic landmark is a huge plus.
